She gained the title of HSH Princess Louise of Battenberg.1 She was baptised with the name of Louise Alexandra Marie Battenberg.2 On 14 July 1917 her name was legally changed to Lady Louise Alexandra Marie Mountbatten.1 Through her marriage, Louise Alexandra Marie Irene Mountbatten, Princess of Battenberg gained the title of Queen Louise of Sweden on 3 November 1923.
