She was born on 3 April 1893 at East Sheen Lodge, Richmond Park, Richmond, London, England.1 She married Charles Alexander Carnegie, 11th Earl of Southesk, son of Charles Noel Carnegie, 10th Earl of Southesk and Ethel Mary Elizabeth Bannerman, on 12 November 1923 at London, England.1 She died on 14 December 1945 at age 52 at London.1 She was created Princess Maud of Great Britain and Ireland on 9 November 1905.1 Child of Maud Alexandra Victoria Georgina Bertha Duff, Princess of Great Britain and Ireland and Charles Alexander Carnegie, 11th Earl of Southesk: James George Alexander Bannerman Carnegie, 3rd Duke of Fife+   b. 23 Sep 1929
