Camilla Rosemary Shand is the daughter of Major Bruce Middleton Hope Shand and Hon. Rosalind Cubitt.1 She was born on 17 July 1947.1 She married, firstly, Brigadier Andrew Henry Parker-Bowles, son of Derek Henry Parker-Bowles and Ann de Trafford, in 1973.1 She and Brigadier Andrew Henry Parker-Bowles were divorced in 1996.1 She and Charles Philip Arthur George Windsor, Prince of Wales were engaged on 8 February 2005.2 She married, secondly, Charles Philip Arthur George Windsor, Prince of Wales, son of Philip Mountbatten, 1st Duke of Edinburgh and Elizabeth II Alexandra Mary Windsor, Queen of the United Kingdom, on 9 April 2005 at Windsor Guildhall, Windsor, Berkshire, England, in a civil marriage.3
As of 1973, her married name was Parker-Bowles.1
