Luise Margarete Alexandra Viktoria Agnes Prinzessin von Preußen was the daughter of Friedrich Karl Nikolaus Prinz von Preußen and Marie Anne Prinzessin von Anhalt-Dessau. She was born on 25 June 1860 at Marmorpalais, Potsdam, Brandenburg, Germany.2 She was also reported to have been born on 25 July 1860. She married Arthur William Patrick Albert Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, Duke of Connaught and Strathearn, son of Albert Prinz von Sachsen-Coburg und Gotha and Victoria I Alexandrina Hanover, Queen of the United Kingdom, on 13 March 1879.3 She died on 14 March 1917 at age 56 at Clarence House, Stable York Road, St. James's, London, England.2 She was also reported to have died on 17 March 1917. She was buried at Frogmore House, Windsor, Berkshire, England.
She gained the title of Prinzessin von Preußen.1
