Don Alonso Maria Cristino Justo de Orléans-Borbón y Sajonia-Coburgo-Gotha was the son of Alfonso Maria Francisco Diego de Orléans y de Borbón, 5th Duc de Galleria and Beatrice Leopoldine Victoria Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, Princess of the United Kingdom.1 He was born on 28 May 1912 at Madrid, Spain.1 He died on 18 November 1936 at age 24 at Ranquillo, Spain, killed in action.1
     He was baptised with the name of Alonso Maria Cristino Justo de Orléans-Borbón y Sajonia-Coburgo-Gotha.2 He fought in the Spanish Civil War in 1936.3
